PT PMA Consultations

What is a PT PMA, and how do I set one up?

To legally operate a commercial villa and receive funds as a foreign investor in Bali, you will need to register a foreign-owned company (PT PMA). Since navigating Indonesian corporate laws and obtaining the proper licenses requires professional legal handling, we highly recommend booking a session with a registered corporate consultant. Please note that setup and consulting fees for company registration are not covered under our management package.

Local tax obligations

The local government collects a 10% hospitality tax (PBJT) through your registered regional tax number (NPWPD), which must be reported and paid by the 10th working day of each month. For a complete breakdown of your local and national tax duties, we can set up a meeting with our partner tax specialist. Please keep in mind that any independent tax consultation fees are separate from our standard management agreement.

Payout for International Owners

For foreign owners, we can send your monthly payouts via international wire transfer, which carries a standard bank processing fee of per transaction. We also offer several alternative, highly flexible payment and digital transfer methods if you prefer to avoid traditional bank fees.
