Most of our villas require a minimum stay of 3-5 nights, though this can extend to 7 nights or more during peak season (July-August and the December holidays). Exact minimum stays are listed on each villa’s booking page.
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a partial refund depending on the villa’s specific policy, which is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Airport transfer is included as a complimentary service for most villa bookings of 5 nights or more. For shorter stays, transfer can be added as an optional extra during checkout.
Standard check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is offered on a request basis depending on the villa’s availability on your arrival or departure day, at no extra cost when possible.
Pet-friendliness varies by villa. Some of our properties welcome small pets with prior notice, while others do not allow pets due to landlord restrictions. Please check the individual villa listing or contact us before booking if you are traveling with a pet.
